When you book a stay with us at any Saraswati Vinayak Villa, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payment
- Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment.
- You’ll get a confirmation email or message with your booking details.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 01:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
House Rules
- Please treat our property like your own home.
- Any damage to the property or misuse of amenities may lead to extra charges.
- Pets are not allowed at our homestay.
- Smoking is not allowed at our homestay.
- Maintain peaceful surroundings for other guests and neighbours.
Safety & Belongings
We aren’t responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly; however, we have a strict no-refund policy on all cancellations. Once a booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable. We kindly request guests to book after finalizing their travel plans to avoid inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Shipping Policy
At Saraswati Vinayak Villa, we do not ship any physical goods, products, or services. All bookings and services offered through our website are for accommodation and hospitality purposes only.
Bookings & Payments
- When you make a reservation on our website, it is for a stay at our homestay in Dapoli.
- No tangible items will be delivered to you physically.
- All booking confirmations and payment receipts will be sent via email and/or SMS.
